And you don't have a portfolio, I can't write for you to. So, I'm answering here. I didn't use any magic method on my paintings. As you can see on wip threads, I use always variation of flow and opacity, and most of the time, the hard edged default PS brush. Nowadays, I'm using more Painter to draw and paint, but PS is still an incredible tool to make corrections on images.
