This is one of my attempts of doing anime characters using a realistic approach. I used an original image of anime as base, and then worked in the characters, trying to add things like shadows, hair textures, wrinckles on clothes, facial expressions, and many other things to give some realism for the characters.
My goal here is to know what people thinks about this kind of approach for anime chars. So any crits in this sense are welcome.
Software used: Adobe Photoshop.
